Maybe it’s a COVID build issue, or Ford made the 2022 XLT a more basic trim.
Most vehicles are pre-wired for optional features. You might just need the correct parts and to activate them with Forscan. Check for a pigtail in the bumper and get a headlight switch with fog light controls.

I paid $39,995 and got $20k trade-in for my F150.
I have a 2018 Expedition, and it’s been the worst decision ever. I’ve spent $20k on repairs in under two years. Never buying a Ford again.
For tires, I highly recommend Michelin Defender LTX M/S. They’re quiet, handle great in the rain, and are super durable.
