I swapped out the stock headlights for some LED ones, looks amazing at night. Bright as heck.

I’m all about that sound system upgrade. Threw in a new subwoofer and some door speakers. The audio is insane.

Was that a lot of work to wire in? I’ve been thinking of doing something with the sound system, but wiring always scares me off 
I changed my rims and went with a matte black finish. Gave the whole truck a meaner look. Didn’t think it’d make that much of a difference, but man, it’s night and day. 
I added some roof rails for hauling gear on trips. The install was a breeze.
I actually installed a cold air intake. Noticed a slight boost in performance, plus the sound is a bit more aggressive. I also went with a lift kit. It gave me more ground clearance for off-roading.
Upgraded my grill for a custom one with some LED lighting. Looks pretty sweet, especially at dusk.
