Just noticed it hanging down from the mirror. Didn’t seem to have anywhere it belonged and it seems all systems work fine. Have never noticed it before until it started dangling today.
Did you buy it used? I bet the previous owner had a dashcam

Or a radar detector. A lot of them use that type of RJ11 plug.

It was probably a radar detector with that plug

Yes - interesting. I guess it was just tucked up there nicely for the last year to where I didn’t notice. So… now I guess I should find a compatible dashcam and reuse the plug
