I’m compiling a list of reliability upgrades for the Expedition. These are parts or modifications that fix known factory design flaws.

If you know of any, for any model year, please share the upgrade/part and the model year in the comments.

Ford stainless manifold > iron manifold for 3rd-gen EcoBoost. Full Race makes one as well.
