Just bought a 2024 Max XLT! Got it with the panoramic sunroof, captain’s chairs, and black accent package. Only downside is realizing later that the special edition package adds things like fog lights and turn signal indicators, which aren’t standard on the XLT—seriously, Ford? But overall, it’s an amazing vehicle. Super excited that we got $8k under MSRP and a 2.9% financing rate.
Now I’m on the hunt for rubber mats for the cargo area and the back of the third-row bench. Everything I’ve seen online seems to only fit the standard size, not the Max. If anyone has a link, please share!

Congrats! We’ve got a 2020 XLT Max with a similar setup, and it’s been perfect for road trips. My only regret is not having adaptive cruise control.
I had adaptive cruise control on my last car, but I didn’t use it much, so it wasn’t a dealbreaker. The XLT interiors are a bit ‘plasticky,’ but I remind myself it’s a family hauler, not a luxury SUV, lol!
